Full balance due within 30 days of a completed project. Interactive CGI development and internal house tours require a 50% upfront payment.

If on arrival of a confirmed appointment, the client’s representative is not there to provide access, the full value of the project will still be charged.

If during an appointment, excessive time is wasted (over 1 hour) due to a building not being prepared, then we reserve the right to charge an increase, to a maximum of the full project value.

If we are asked to revisit a development to amend any scans due to the space not being to the standard of the client’s expectations and/or a human was picked up on a scan, View It 360 reserve the right to charge up to a maximum of the full project value.

If an error occurred during a scan that is deemed to be a failure on the part of View It 360, no charge will be made for a revisit.

If the final payment is not received within 60 days of the dated invoice, a 10% interest fee will be added to the total invoice for every 30 days thereafter the payment has not been received.
